DAVE ROGERS
A native of Marshfield, Vermont, Rogers joined JGR in 1998 and works aside veteran crew chief Greg Zipadelli as race engineer for the No. 20 car driven by former JGR driver Tony Stewart until 2005.

In 2006, Rogers took over as crew chief for the No. 20 JGR Nationwide Series team where he went to victory lane with the likes of Denny Hamlin, Joey Logano and Kyle Busch, along with former JGR Drivers Aric Almirola and Tony Stewart before being promoted as crew chief of the No. 18 Interstate Batteries Toyota in Oct. 2009.

In defending the 2008 NASCAR Nationwide Series Owner's Championship, Dave Rogers amassed 6 victories with driver Joey Logano during the 2009 season.
Last season was an amazing success for the No. 20 Toyota team with an amazing nine victories, six poles, 16 top-five finishes and 26 top-10 finishes. All accomplished despite using four different drivers through the course of the season including Tony Stewart, Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin, and a young rookie named Joey Logano.

Joe Gibbs | Team InterstateJOE GIBBS
A successful organization starts with its people. This has long been the philosophy of Joe Gibbs. It helped carry him to three Super Bowl championships and the Pro Football Hall of Fame as head coach of the NFL’s Washington Redskins and has been a defining principle behind building Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) into one of NASCAR’s most successful multi-team racing organizations.

JGR has experienced amazing success and growth since Gibbs founded the operation in 1991. Beginning its first season of racing in 1992 with just 18 crew members and JGR now employs close to 450 people.  Despite the immense growth, the company remains defined by the same principles of its founder: Integrity, a relentless work ethic, determination, perseverance and team building. Those principles have been the driving force behind JGR’s success including over 160 overall wins in NASCAR, three NASCAR Cup Series championships and back-to-back NASCAR Nationwide Series Championships.

JD Gibbs | Team InterstateJD GIBBS
Named president of Joe Gibbs Racing in October 1997, J.D. Gibbs has spent the past 13 years overseeing the team’s expansion from a single car team to its current three-car operation in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. In addition, JGR has grown to include two NASCAR Nationwide Series teams, a driver development program, and most recently JGRMX, a motocross operation. In J.D. oversaw an important change prior to the 2008 season when JGR decided to partner with Toyota. The change proved to be an unquestioned success as all three JGR Cup teams made the chase for the first time in the organization’s history in 2008 while its No. 20 Nationwide Series team captured the organization’s first owner’s championship.
